Aizeum LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Aizeum voice AI assistant. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By using Aizeum you consent to your data being processed by these third-party providers.

When you connect Binance.US, Kraken, or Coinbase, we store only the OAuth access token needed to execute trades on your behalf. We never store your exchange passwords, private keys, or seed phrases. You can disconnect these integrations at any time from your profile settings, which immediately revokes our access. When you use the Aizeum Wallet, your wallet is created and secured by Privy. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases. Phantom wallet connections are read and interact with via your Phantom browser extension or app — we store only your public wallet address.

Conversation history is retained for 12 months by default. You can delete your conversation history at any time from the app. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request full account deletion from your profile settings.

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access tokens are encrypted before storage. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your conversation history from the app settings. To request data deletion contact privacy@aizeum.com. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.

Aizeum is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

The Aizeum web app uses cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We will notify users of material changes to this policy via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
