PRIVACY POLICY

Aizeum, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Aizeum voice AI assistant. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

• Account dataName, email address, authentication tokens from Google OAuth or Apple Sign In. Your account is identified by a user ID.
• Voice dataAudio recordings of your voice commands, transcribed text of your requests.
• Conversation historyYour messages and Aizeum's responses stored to provide context.
• Photos and filesImages you attach to a request, and documents you upload to your knowledge library.
• Calendar, email and workspace dataAccessed when you connect Google Calendar, Gmail, Apple Calendar, Trello or Slack. Aizeum reads them to answer your requests, and sends email or messages when you ask it to.
• Location dataPrecise device location, collected by the mobile app only while you are using it, and only if you grant permission. It is read at the moment you make a request that needs it — finding nearby places, or local weather. There is no background or continuous location tracking. If you decline, Aizeum asks which city to use instead.
• ContactsNot collected. If you allow contacts access, names are matched on your phone and the assistant is told only the name you said — no number or address is sent to us.
• Financial dataWhen you connect a supported brokerage or platform account — Binance.US, Kraken, Coinbase, Robinhood or Kalshi — we store OAuth tokens to execute trades on your behalf. We never store your actual API keys or passwords.
• Purchase dataYour subscription tier and purchase history, so we know what you are entitled to.
• Usage dataHow you interact with the app, feature usage, and pages you visit on our website.
• DiagnosticsCrash reports when the app fails. Voice transcripts and push tokens are stripped from these before they are sent.
• Device dataDevice type, operating system, app version, and a device push token so we can send you notifications.

To provide the service, your data is processed by these third parties. We send each one only what it needs for the purpose described, and each is bound by its terms with us to safeguard that data to a standard equivalent to this policy and to use it only to provide that service to you:

When you connect a Google account, Aizeum requests only the permissions the features you use require, and you can see and revoke them at any time.

What we access.Gmail: we read the messages you ask about, so Aizeum can summarise them aloud and answer questions about them, and we send messages you dictate. Google Calendar: we read your events so Aizeum can answer questions about your schedule, and we create or change events you ask for. Contacts: we read names and numbers so that “text Sarah” reaches the right person. Google Drive: only files you create or open with Aizeum — we cannot see the rest of your Drive.

How we use it. Only to answer the request you made, in the app, at the time you made it. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we never sell it, and we do not use it for credit, lending or insurance decisions.

How we share it. To answer a request, its content — which may include the email or calendar event you asked about — is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate the response, to Deepgram to transcribe your speech, and to ElevenLabs to speak the answer. They process it to provide that feature and are bound by their terms with us not to use it for their own purposes. We share Google user data with no one else, except where the law requires it or to investigate abuse or a security incident.

AI and machine learning. Google user data is never used to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models, by us or by the providers above.

Human access. No one at Aizeum reads your Gmail, Calendar, Contacts or Drive data. The exceptions are narrow: with your explicit permission (for example, when you send us a support request and ask us to look), where it is necessary to investigate abuse or a security problem, or where the law requires it.

Storage, retention and deletion.We store your Google authorisation tokens, encrypted — not a copy of your mailbox, calendar or contacts. Anything you asked Aizeum about appears in your conversation history, and deleting that conversation deletes it. Disconnecting Google from your profile revokes our tokens immediately, and deleting your account removes them along with the rest of your data. You can also revoke Aizeum’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.

How we protect it. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest, and authorisation tokens are encrypted before they are stored.

Aizeum’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect Binance.US, Kraken, Coinbase, Robinhood or Kalshi, we store only the OAuth access token needed to execute trades on your behalf. We never store your platform passwords, private keys, or seed phrases. You can disconnect these integrations at any time from your profile settings, which immediately revokes our access. When you use the Aizeum Wallet, your wallet is created and secured by Privy. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases. Phantom wallet connections are read and interact with via your Phantom browser extension or app — we store only your public wallet address. Subscription payments on the web are processed by Stripe, which collects your card details directly — we never see or store your card number.

Conversation history is retained until you delete it. You can delete your conversation history at any time from the app. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request full account deletion from your profile settings.

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access tokens are encrypted before storage. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent you have given. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

Withdrawing consent to AI processing. Before Aizeum sends anything to the AI services named above, it asks you to agree — and you can take that agreement back at any time in the app under Profile → Legal → AI & Data Sharing → Withdraw consent. Withdrawing stops the sharing: the assistant will not send your requests to those services again unless you agree a second time.

Disconnecting an account. Each connected account — Google, a broker, an exchange — can be disconnected from the integrations screen in the app, which revokes our access to it immediately. You can also revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/connections.

Deleting your data. Conversation history can be cleared from the app at any time. Deleting your account — Profile → Delete Account — removes your profile, your conversation history, your stored authorisation tokens and your connected account settings. You can also request deletion by email at michael@aizeum.com and we will action it.

How long we keep things. Conversation history is kept until you delete it or delete your account. Authorisation tokens are kept only while the integration is connected. We do not keep copies of your mailbox, calendar or contacts — see Google User Data above.

Aizeum is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

The Aizeum web app uses cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We will notify users of material changes to this policy via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
